Step 1) The Initial Client Meeting
The inital client meeting is an opportunity to explore your vision and understand the full scope of the proposed project. Once engaged, the Chandler design and building process begins with fully defining functional objectives, keeping style, budget, and GREEN options in focus. Design is completed with client-approved floor plan and elevations that are compliant with city guidelines and client budget.
Step 3) The Planning Process
Formal architectural plans and final construction documents are finished and ready for city approval. These include floor plans, elevants, foundation plans, electrical, framing, and roof plans. Once city plans and documents are approved and permits are awarded, construction schedules and final budgets are completed.
Step 4) The Building Process
The building process is implemented using the latest GREEN practices that minimize impact on the environment while completing your project with the highest standards of quality while staying within budget. Step 5) Consierge Services
Chandler understands that remodels are an inconvenience and strives to reduce distruption of the client's daily life by keeping the job site clean and safe, being sensitive towards neighbors and the surrounding community, and reducing overall construction impact as much as possible. In the spirit of this effort, we also offer additional consierge services to help offset the daily challenge of a remodel or rebuild. These include temporary storage, moving services, mail collection, bill paying, pet boarding, and etc.
